Its an apartment hotel. They provide utensils for making food with mineral water 20 liter can ,gas and cylinder. Daily proper cleaning are carried out. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is also having good taste. Good and economical place to live .

Very near to Airport. Rooms are great. Very well kept and tidy. Fully furnished including kitchen wares, microwave. Canteen service is good. There were some issues with wifi as such. Night time in the nearby could hear car honking and dogs barking. I overcame that by playing White noise from youtube loudly in speaker, which helped me sleep peacefully.

If u want to eat home made food , just visit there and they will provide food at reasonable rates. They cook good North Indian food. Must try paneer burji with chapati . Pranthas are delicious. Simple sitting arrangements are there but manitained hygiene very well. Thali are also provided there . Super affordable place . One should visit there.Paytm and cash are accepted only. Service is fast and people are polite .

Pretty good place to live of visiting for a short period. Got a full appartment to myself with proper furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. The staff was sweet and let us party all we wanted. Well maintained building with some good houses. Definitely worth the while.

It's a guest house..but it's a very good one. It's clean they have provision for laundry and ironing and food and I think the breakfast is complimentary. There rooms n washrooms are neat n clean.

An email and Sms will be sent to your Provided Mobile No. and email ID.
- What is the security and safety Policy?
We provided 24 hours Electronics / Guard security and a cupboard and locker with keys in every Apartments
- How do I cancel my booking?
In order to cancel your booking, please send an email to sales@cosmosluxury.in or call us at Call : 020-27041312/13 / 7767851155 / 7767858855 / 9011028399 . Do remember that cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking.
- What is the cancellation policy?
You will get 100% refund, if the cancellation request is sent to sales@cosmosluxury.in 48 hours prior to the booking date and between stay No Refund beyond 48 hours and instant information.
- When do I receive a refund?
The refund is typically deposited into your account within 2 weeks of the date of cancellation by you. In case you have not received your refund even after 2 weeks, contact us through sales@cosmosluxury.in or call us at 020-27041312/13 / 7767851155 / 7767858855 / 9011028399 .

- What is the difference between a hotel and a serviced apartment?
Serviced apartments offer spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated apartments, much larger than hotel rooms (even extended stay than hotel rooms), featuring a genuine (more home-like) residential feature.
- Can I pay for my serviced apartment on departure?
No. We have a manned reception. Payment should be made at the time of check-in.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
All major debit/credit cards are accepted. We also accept cash and cheques drawn on Indian Bank accounts as well as bank transfers.
- Can I extend my booking?
Yes, subject to availability. If you believe that you are likely to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible.
- What are the sleeping arrangements in the apartment?
The number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited to the number of beds. In some apartments extra beds can be provided which is chargeable and to be paid at the time of booking.
- Is it possible to request an extra bed?
Extra beds can be provided dependant on the size of apartment and there being sufficient space. These are charged separately and to be informed at the time of booking.
- Are towels and bed linen provided?
Our rates include bed linen and towels and these are changed on a bi-weekly basis.
- Are pets allowed?
We have some apartments where we consider pets, regrettably not in all of them. Please check with us at the time of your reservation.
- What happens if something goes wrong during my stay in the apartment?
We have a 24 hour emergency telephone number in every apartment. In case you have any problems with your apartment, simply call us and we will deal with the issue quickly and efficiently.
